Registration Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. For cancellations received before or on January 13, 2012, the registration fee will be returned less a $250 processing fee. After January 13, 2012, no refunds will be made, although registration is transferable to another person from the same organization up until the day of the event. Cancellations not received by the date required will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will be billed. Credits to attend future year events will not be given. HSCA and HISCI assume no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations, or additional costs incurred by registrants.
